Remote Account Manager at Haut.AI

We are looking for an Account Manager who is highly motivated to ensure the long-term success of our clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement with AI-based skin analysis technology. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, increasing customer satisfaction, and ensuring that our customers maximize the value of Haut.AI solutions.

What will you do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, needs, and challenges, and align our products to meet those requirements.
  • Onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process.
  • Regularly check in with customers to monitor their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.
  • Providing training and ongoing support to our customers to maximize the benefits of our products/services.

What will help you succeed in this role:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles in software or SaaS businesses.
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce and popular platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proven track record of managing portfolio of accounts and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate difficult situations.
  • Understanding SaaS business models and AI technologies.
  • Proficiency in English, other languages ​​are an added advantage.

Nice to have:

  • Experience automating the collection and monitoring of customer health results
  • Proficiency in integrating customer relationship management (CRM) systems with the company’s existing infrastructure
