Position summary
Job duties include:
- Design and perform experiments using Pioneer-seq and genomics assays (e.g., ChIP-seq, ChIP-exo, MNase-seq, HiC, RNA-seq)
- Analyze high-throughput sequencing data and contribute to computational modeling of TF binding

Minimum qualifications
- Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, or a related field.
- Experience in cell culture and genomic methods.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong background in transcriptional regulation, chromatin biology, or epigenetics.
- Familiarity with computational tools for analyzing genomic data is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Physical requirements
Salary range
$50,000 – $65,000
