The Role We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our rapidly growing company. This key engineering role requires a passion for infrastructure automation and operation. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining infrastructure frameworks and tools to automate and monitor our blockchain infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with developers to create infrastructure solutions that improve the quality and speed of software development and deployments as well as infrastructure monitoring and operation.

What will you do:

• Design, implement, and maintain blockchain network infrastructure frameworks and back-end services.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
• Design, develop, and document tools and pipelines to support testing, debugging, reporting, and monitoring of blockchain applications, networks, APIs, etc.
• Monitor infrastructure, provide timely responses and escalate issues as needed.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process.
• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards.

Who are you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure automation, preferably in blockchain or distributed systems.
• Proficiency in mainstream infrastructure automation tools such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong development experience with Terraform, Ansible, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Extensive operational experience and a proactive mindset.
• Experience using testing frameworks and tools is a big plus.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized application (dApp) development.
• It is recommended to know about additional tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Elastic Stack (ELK), and Helm.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
