the National Board of Examinations in Medical sciences (NPIMES) announced cancellation of NEET PG 2025 results of 22 candidates who were found guilty of using unfair means during the examination.

According to the official notification, of the 22 candidates, 13 belong to the 2025 session, three from 2024, four from 2023, and one each from 2022 and 2021. The Council issued a detailed list of the names of the candidates: Excluded candidatesSpecifying their list numbers, names, session, result status, and reason for cancellation.

NBEMS has warned that any banned candidate who submits his or her canceled results or scorecard for recruitment, registration, counseling or admission to postgraduate medical courses will face strict action.

“Producing the scorecard or NEET-PG result of any canceled session for the purposes of recruitment, registration or admission will be illegal,” the board stated.

He further clarified that NBEMS “disclaims any responsibility or liability” arising from the use of these nullified results.

11 Foreign medical graduates are not eligible

Besides conducting NEET PG, the board also canceled the nomination of 11 foreign medical graduates who appeared in the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) between 2021 and 2025 for alleged malpractice.
The last FMGE session of June 2025 recorded a success rate of 18.61%, representing a decrease of about 11 percentage points compared to the previous year. Out of 37,207 registered candidates, only 6,707 passed the exam to qualify to practice medicine in India.

• Go to “Exams” section and click on “NEET PG”
• Select “Result”
• Click on the link titled “Cancel NEET-PG Result”
