What will you do:

• Practical support: You will provide essential technical expertise and guidance to students and researchers in a wide range of teaching and research projects.

• Workshop process: You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a variety of high-tech machines, including conventional lathes, CNC lathes, milling machines and 3D printers.

• Maintenance and innovation: You will carry out routine maintenance and repairs to workshop equipment, ensuring our facilities remain world-class. Your input will also be vital in helping us adopt new technologies and improve our workshop capabilities.

What we are looking for:

• expertise: Proven track record as a toolmaker/mechanical technician, ideally within an educational or research setting.

• Technical competence: You must have strong practical skills in both Conventional and CNC machining. Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and deep understanding of materials are highly desirable.

• Passion for learning and teaching: We need someone who is patient, a good communicator, and truly enjoys helping others learn. You will be a key figure in the educational journey of our students.
