Lecturer in Anatomy (A) at the University of Galway
Applications are invited for a Lecturer in Anatomy, specific purpose contract approximately 4 years, 1FTE, contract type B At the University of Galway. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to our educational mission in anatomy.
We are looking for a candidate who can teach anatomy (gross anatomy, histology and/or human embryology). Research interests should ideally align with existing research interests within the discipline.
Candidates must have a PhD in anatomy, or a related discipline, and possess relevant teaching and research experience. The post holder must have experience teaching anatomy and ideally have taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. They must have the ability to motivate others and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary: €64,260 to €102,513 per year (applies to new arrivals as of January 2011)
