Salary £43,277 to £51,714 per annum inclusive with potential to progress to £55,497 per annum including London Allowance

About the Bloomberg European Cities Leadership Initiative 
The Bloomberg LSE European Cities Leadership Initiative is a pioneering program to help mayors and their teams across the continent strengthen leadership skills, drive public sector innovation, and address complex urban challenges to deliver tangible outcomes for residents in new ways.

Job Summary

The Impact Manager will support the Bloomberg LSE European City Leadership Initiative and its partner institutions in leading impact activities, including advocacy, data collection, analysis and communication of results. Working with colleagues across LSE Cities, the Hertie School, and other partners, they will track and document impact, ensuring ideas are embedded in practice. They will ensure that the initiative remains accountable to participants, donors and the wider community.

We are looking for a proactive, analytically minded individual with strong research and communication skills to support our work with city leaders and partners. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both qualitative and quantitative research, collecting and analyzing data to produce clear, evidence-based insights. They will be able to effectively communicate results to a range of audiences and demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and flexible approach to teamwork and problem solving.
