a company: An investment group that manages a large group of companies in the iGaming field. Their primary goal is to optimize portfolio management to maximize revenue and efficiency. Every company has its own unique structure and data ecosystem, requiring data-driven decision making and advanced automation techniques.

Role Overview: The role involves analyzing financial reports, identifying key insights and supporting management in decision making. The analyst will work with portfolio companies, providing financial assessments, performance tracking, and reporting to executive teams.

Responsibilities:

• P&L Analysis and Profitability Tracking: P&L analysis and P&L across all portfolio companies. Identify key financial anomalies, trends and drivers.

• Factor Analysis and Financial Drivers: Conduct factor analysis to determine the underlying causes of fluctuations in revenues and expenses.

• Monitor financial performance: Compare financial metrics across companies and industry benchmarks. Develop and track financial KPIs to evaluate business performance. Identify risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations.

• Financial Reports and Presentations: Prepare financial reports and incorporate key ideas into executive presentations.

• Collaboration with CFOs and Finance Teams: Work closely with finance teams across portfolio companies to improve data accuracy, create standardized reporting standards, and enhance financial evaluation methodologies.

requirements:

• Experience in Financial Analysis / FP&A / Investment Analytics – at least 2 years.
• A background in private equity, iGaming, or investment firms is a strong advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills – financial modeling, pivot tables, and automation.
• Strong SQL proficiency – ability to extract and manipulate financial data.
• Experience using BI tools (Tableau and Power BI) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Financial Accounting (GAAP/IFRS) – Ability to analyze profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheets.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex financial data.
• Strong communication skills – ability to present results clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

Additional advantages:

• Experience in financial modelling, forecasting and valuation.
• Knowledge of cost optimization strategies and financial risk assessment.
• Familiarity with iGaming industry financial structures and reporting standards.
