Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a number of new ones Education of sales consultants (internally known as Student Recruitment Consultants) to join our Digital Sales team.

The roles will be on a full-time, permanent basis, based at our head office in Cambridge, UK.

Other main activities as a sales consultant (education):

  • Achieve identified student recruitment goals.
  • Meet expected productivity and conversion KPIs during different stages of the student journey.
  • Proactive sales activity via phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Use video meetings and screen sharing to connect with prospective students and support them in the decision-making process.
  • Offering products and services to bring the reality of studying online using a customized and personalized approach.
  • Collaborate with the Inquiry Consultant team to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure rapid and effective tracking of students and applications to continually improve conversion rates, achieve sales results, and provide high standards of customer service.
  • Ensure that pipeline management adheres to the lead management policy.
  • Record details of all sales activities after each conversation in your CRM, ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
