Deputy General Counsel – Corporate and Commercial position at Blue Energy in Baltimore, MD
Company overview
Blue Energy’s mission is to unleash energy availability, energy affordability, energy security, and complete decarbonization by developing the fastest path to deploying new nuclear megawatts at scale. We use offshore wind and oil shipyard manufacturing supply chains and technologies to reduce the cost of nuclear plants by more than 60% and the manufacturing timeline to 24 months. Blue Energy is a technology platform that uses state-of-the-art NRC certified reactors and negotiates with existing nuclear and industrial sites, enabling a much faster regulatory path to deploying our first unit. Through our innovative approach to centralized manufacturing in shipyards, we can put nuclear power on a cost-cutting learning curve similar to wind, solar and lithium-ion batteries.
