Your turn

The Customer Trust team provides sales and customer support to build customer trust in Global Relay services across a range of areas – including product functionality, technical engineering, security and privacy controls, and compliance practices. The team focuses on proposal management, customer due diligence and security assessments, corporate information requests, and day-to-day customer inquiries on trust-related topics.

As a Customer Trust Coordinator, you will triage, track, organize, and report on customer requests, team projects, and other initiatives. You will also work with the Team Leader to develop and maintain team policies, procedures and documentation.

Your job

  • Sorting and tracking customer orders and internal orders
  • Ensure all requests and projects are processed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Implement processes to ensure team deliverables are complete, accurate and on time
  • Work with the team leader to define and implement team performance metrics and reporting
  • Maintain team wikis and how-to guides
  • Assist clients with due diligence reviews of Global Relay services via email and phone
  • Support proposal writers by reviewing requests for proposals (RFPs), coordinating proposal assignments, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with RFP instructions
  • Assist the team leader in technical and legal research
  • Work with the team leader to review team processes, tools, and documentation and implement improvements
  • Contribute to effective communication within the team and across the company
  • Support related security, legal, sales and marketing activities as needed

About you

  • -At least three years of experience in an administrative role in the company
  • Work experience in proposal management, customer support, sales support, or legal is preferred
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, security and privacy concepts is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication, writing and proofreading skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Extreme attention to detail, quality and accuracy
  • Ability to work and influence all levels of employees – including executives and technical experts – without direct authority
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, tact and discretion
  • A freelancer who has the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Ability to independently research unfamiliar technical and legal concepts

compensation:

Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in accordance with BC pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as experience, skills, education and professional background.

The range below reflects expected annual base salary, which is just one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect the pay philosophy, culture and values ​​of our company. We aim to foster an inspiring work environment and support the work and life rhythms of employees. We offer a comprehensive and extensive health benefits program, including virtual health care and a wellness allowance. Employees also receive allocated annual leave days, which increase based on length of service. British Columbia – Base Salary Range

$45,000 – $60,000 CAD
