Lo que harás (responsibilities):

– Customer follow-up: WhatsApp Business and emails.

– Research Management: Review all of our research platforms and competition.

– Web product support: creating portfolios on Shopify, optimizing descriptions, images, and mainly SEO.

– Incidents and Developments: Coordinate with Logistics/Storage to resolve incidents and their impacts. Autonomy within the stable protocol.

– Continuous improvements: Offer and support automation with IA (e.g. responding to GPT, macros, chat flows).

– Idiomatic expressions: Spanish native and English B2+ (escrito y hablado).

– Experience: ≥ 1 year in customer follow-up and e-commerce. Valuable interests in perfumes and beauty.

– Tools: Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Reviews.io, Google My Business, Notion, and practical use of IA.
