Business operations and marketing support partner for an innovative and cutting-edge online education/training company – Jocelyn Kelly Reed LLC

Location: remote
Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Start date: Immediately

We are looking for a part-time Support Partner (20 hours per week) with the opportunity to expand to more hours over time. This position is quite contractual and remote.

Note: Applicants must not have or wish to have their own coaching business. This role is also not suitable for someone who does not see a long-term career in support and behind the scenes business.

You are highly organized, love systems and automation, solve everyday problems, and have a passion for customer relationships. Written communication comes naturally to you. You are driven, have great attention to detail, and take pride in completing your work not only on time but with excellence. You truly have an outstanding standard of delivery in your work and will do everything in your power to deliver below that.

She will work closely with Jocelyn as her right-hand partner. You will fully own day-to-day operations within the company, customer support, and will take the lead in improving and running processes, as well as supporting content efficiency, planning and execution that stabilizes and scales the business.

This job is a combination of work and supervision, so you must love execution as well as keeping an eye on the bigger picture to ensure everything runs smoothly.

You must be trustworthy, accessible, respond in a timely manner, thrive on remote work, and understand that priority work tasks must always be completed Monday through Friday throughout the full calendar year (excluding US holidays).

This is a creative and evolving environment that also thrives on a solid structure and systems to sustain creativity. You must be calm and structured, easily adapting to change, and anchoring the business as it grows. Tasks will often appear on the same day, so flexibility without creating chaos is key. We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong organizational leadership with collaborative and supportive energy – structure without rigidity.

  • Available 10am-6pm ET with occasional evening availability (about 3 times a month).

  • Strong in reusing and refining content – ensuring Jocelyn’s voice remains the creative source.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible

  • Oversee the timely completion of all administrative requests and repetitive tasks.

  • Oversee daily operations and project workflow.

  • Schedule support for 1:1 software and client calls, podcast interviews, etc.

  • Download and edit light videos.

  • Learn Plus course support – prepare, edit, and upload new content.

  • Detailed reports on monthly revenues.

  • Daily project management on ClickUp and maintaining/updating standard operating procedures.

marketing

  • Improve and oversee launches and checklists and ensure all tasks are carried out.

  • Add comments from workouts as well as video clips to story templates for Jocelyn to post during broadcasts.

  • Site modifications and updates.

  • Email Support – Create/update automations, implement conversion funnels, and schedule program emails.

  • Support the Ads team – tracking, creating campaign images in Canva or reels, and handling daily requests.

  • Repurpose Jocelyn’s existing content across multiple platforms (IG, FB, Blog, YouTube), ensuring her voice remains the creative source.

  • Create and oversee a detailed content calendar for both permanent and launch content.

  • Evaluate analytics to improve sales pages, checkout pages, and conversion funnels.

  • Review Google Analytics for marketing optimization insights.

  • Create high-quality Canva social media layouts that align with brand standards.

  • Maintain cross-platform SEO.

  • Create visually compatible presentation layouts for Joslyn’s teaching in software.

Customer support

  • Moderate and manage communities within the software’s Facebook groups and Joslyn’s free group.

  • Manage your assistant’s email inbox with a response time of up to 24 hours during business hours.

  • Manage and support Facebook account messaging from Monday to Friday, ensuring client responses within 24 hours.

  • Handle day-to-day client administration/support (program access, payments, member questions, etc.).

  • Create custom payment links as needed.

  • Oversee client payments and manage failed payments.

  • Klaviyo, ShowIt, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Thrivecart, LearnPlus, Google Suite, ClickUp, Vimeo, YouTube, Zoom, Canva, Telegram, Typeform, Loom, Zapier, ChatGPT, ManyChat, Deadline Funnel, Authorize.net, Hello Audio, 1Password, Riverside.fm, AnyTrack, Add Event, Mail Timers, Meta Business Suite, UseProof.
