Join Imperial’s Digital Products team as a Senior Product Manager, where upon you Lead the development of digital systems that support Progress Operations to the Student life cycle. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Imperial deals with it Alumni, supporters and donors, construction Frameworks and partnerships that provide long-term value.

what would you do

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Advancement Systems, including post-MVP development of the Advancement CRM system that will launch in fall 2025.
• Create rules of engagement and collaboration frameworks across infrastructure, compliance and product teams.
• Manage Developers and Scrum Master, ensuring delivery alignment and prioritization across teams.
• Be an engaged partner with key stakeholders from the Advancement Department and other university stakeholders to support CRM development, automation, compliance and data-driven decision making.
• Oversee system improvements such as system configuration, mailing workflow, and integration with other key university platforms.
• Support user-centered agile practices, and foster a positive and collaborative product culture.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience driving multi-year product strategies in complex environments.
• Experience building strong and effective relationships with third party supplies.
• Excellent prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and mentor product specialists.
• Understand the student life cycle and progression processes.
• Confidence in managing vendor relationships and internal partnerships.
• Strong use case analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Flexible, positive and thrives in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.

More information

This is a full time position on a 24 month fixed term contract at White City Campus. The team’s in-person installation days are Thursday and Friday.
