We are looking for a Senior engineering manager Will be responsible for building and managing a team of software and test engineers to deliver patient-facing applications. You will collaborate with product, design, and customer teams to define and deliver the initial release of our mobile platform capabilities and subsequent enhancements. You will influence technology choices and delivery roadmap and will effectively manage the team responsible for delivering the initiative. Your bias towards action motivates your team to deliver value repeatedly while maintaining high quality. You thrive in leading an engineering team working on key initiatives with multiple stakeholders and high visibility.

What you will work on:

• Build your own team with a focus on delivering a best-in-class experience to clinical trial participants on multiple mobile platforms.
• Help make clinical trials accessible to patients around the world. We currently support trials in over 100 countries. This will be our first mobile app for trial participants in all countries and trials.
• Work with product, design, data and customer teams to build and deliver the initiative. You will have a unique opportunity to shape the architecture, design and delivery of a completely new product offering.
• Promote a healthy, collaborative culture that embodies our team values.
• Managing an engineering team of 5 to 10 engineers.

What you bring to Reify Health:

• 5+ years of experience in professional mobile application development.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience with a strong track record of shipping mobile and responsive products with preferred Agile processes.
• Strong knowledge and experience in leveraging the latest mobile development and testing technologies.
• Strong knowledge and experience in creating and distributing mobile applications to a global user base on multiple platforms.
• Strong knowledge and experience leveraging SaaS-based engineering principles.
• Experience or strong desire to join our senior team remotely.
• As a former engineer, you can have your own technical conversations.
• Experience or strong interest in healthcare products.
