We are looking for an experienced designer with strong craftsmanship, a sharp product sense, and the ability to delve deeply into technical conversations to join Growth Factory Studio. You must have shipped commercial products before and can demonstrate how your business has made a real impact in the market.

What will you do?

• Design across products: Main design of projects at an early stage; From initial sketches to live MVPs and beyond, spanning industries and use cases.

• Unique experiences: Create environments with the goal that we don’t just solve obvious problems; We uncover and build towards new opportunities.

• Building reusable systems: Develop scalable design systems and visual languages ​​that can be reused across our projects.

• Design in Hyperdrive: Work across multiple projects; Build prototypes, conduct user tests, and validate early-stage products in design sprints.

• Shape identities: Developing brand foundations. Logos, style guides and tone; For every new project.

What we are looking for

• Able to set direction, bring clarity, and execute projects end-to-end from first idea to finished product shipped

• Proven track record in zero-to-one product design, ideally in startups or studios

• Ease of switching between projects and domains frequently

• Proficient with prototyping in Figma, with extra points for skills in AI, HTML/CSS, or Origami tools

• Openness to feedback, with a bias toward repetition and clarity

• Ability to simplify complexity into a clean, usable design

• Strong written and verbal communication. Our team is fully remote
