What will you do?

• Own the platforms. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and more.
• Chase performance. Monitor results and make data-driven improvements that increase your ROI every week.
• Tell the story. Translating dashboards into clear and compelling reports and presentations for our team and clients.
• Funnel shape. Support in designing smart marketing funnels and paid media strategies that actually convert.
• Be the expert in the room. Join customer calls to share insights and recommendations (without having to be an account manager).
• Bring ideas to life. Help design strategy decks and campaign visuals in Google Slides that look as clear as they perform.
• Stay curious. Monitor emerging tools, platforms, and trends, and bring new ideas back to the team.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience Run paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
• Sharp analytical mind– Comfortable working with KPIs, metrics and dashboards.
• Strong communication skills in English; Able to analyze results so that customers get not just the what, but also the why.
• Confident in creating polished presentations To view strategies and performance.
• Highly detail oriented and organizedAble to juggle multiple accounts and priorities.
• Bonus points: Experience in designing a suppression strategy.
