This is a full or part-time remote position. You’ll be able to choose which projects you want to work on, and you can work on your own schedule. Projects are paid by the hour, starting at $15-$20 per hour, with bonuses for high-quality, high-volume work. With a variety of projects to choose from, many of which involve writing or evaluating chatbot conversations, you can choose to work on what interests you most!

We’re looking for curious, detail-oriented writers and people to join our team and teach our AI-powered chatbots. You’ll have conversations with the chatbots we’re building in order to measure their progress, as well as write new conversations in order to teach them what to say.

In this role, you will need a strong imagination and attention to detail to create useful conversations and measure their quality. You don’t need experience to apply, because we’ll provide the training, and many people find this work very attractive and repeatable.

Responsibilities:
– Have a variety of conversations
– Writing high-quality answers
– Comparing the performance of different artificial intelligence models
– Research and verify AI responses
