About the role

The client is looking for SMEs with Rapid Healthcare Interoperability resources/FHIR expertise and/or Epic Clarity experience to lead the development of AI-powered medical assistants specifically designed for healthcare systems. This pivotal role includes managing complex workflows, integrating policy recommendations, and supporting nursing staff operations with advanced data solutions.

Tasks and deliverables

• Building and Data Enhancing Medical AI Assistants: Develop AI solutions that improve patient recommendations, integrate medical policies, and support health system delivery data.
• Data Management and Integration: Data extraction and management, with a focus on big data and cloud solutions.
• FHIR Audit and Data Mapping: Conduct FHIR audits and create data maps to streamline clinical workflow.
• Experience with HL7
• JSON

• Experience in data engineering and management and dealing with large data sets.
• Efficient FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).
• Strong healthcare IT background and clinical workflow experience.
• Previous experience with Epic Clarity.

Nice skills

• Experience in health systems management and nursing operations support.
• Knowledge of insurance companies to integrate with medical policy recommendations.
• Familiarity with developing smart applications aimed at improving patient history and data accessibility.
