a job hours: Monday – Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM

Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

• Project leadershipincluding power washing, window washing, floor waxing and reconditioning of lighting fixtures and diffusers
• Inspect and verify maintenance discrepancies and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
• Provide support to other areas as needed, filling vacancies or absences
• Collect and submit timesheets within established timelines
• Perform critical duties during inclement weather or emergency situations as assigned
• Complete accident reports within 24 hours of the accident
• Assist with equipment inventory and maintain monthly inventory of storage closet supplies
• Submit supply orders for manager approval to ensure adequate stock levels
• Train new employees, ensuring they understand tasks and safety protocols
• Move employees to different locations for tasks
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel inside and outside the unit to resolve problems efficiently
• Process and resolve customer requests via radio communications, work orders, and face-to-face interactions
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Use standard housekeeping equipment such as car washers, polishers, and power washers as well as perform minor repairs on these and other small equipment.
