A maintenance supervisor is required to perform the following tasks:
Supervising maintenance operations: preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of equipment, facilities, buildings, or systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).

Assigning and scheduling work for maintenance technicians and contractors.

Ensure timely repairs to avoid downtime.

Maintain spare parts inventory; Organizing and monitoring tools and spare parts stores.
