As Integration Manager, you will work on integrating Kleros into new projects. This position will require a strong technical/scientific culture, a passion for making meaningful integration proposals, and strong business skills to close deals with potential partners.

Tasks:

• Research and identify projects that will benefit from integration with Kleros.
• Check project processes to determine how best to integrate with Kleros.
• Identify relevant communication channels (mail, social media, event attended by team members) and contact project decision makers to propose Kleros integrations to them.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant projects.
• Writing integration proposals according to project needs and desires. Collaborate with projects, CTOs, and cryptoeconomics researchers to improve those proposals.
• Close integration deals with projects and relationship management between projects and the Kleros development team.
• Collect feedback from partner projects, help with continuous improvements and suggest new uses for Kleros.

• Education that reflects technical/scientific and business/marketing competence. This can be achieved by:
• Degree of technical/scientific and commercial/marketing nature. For example: business informatics, business architecture or information systems management.
• Double major or double degree in technical/scientific, business or related fields.
• Technical/scientific degree with business/marketing oriented electives. For example: Computer Science Engineering degree with optional specialization “Innovative Project Management”.
• Business/Marketing degree with a technically oriented elective. For example: Business and Technology major with a focus on Information Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in one field and Master’s degree in another field. For example: Bachelor of Computer Science and Master of Marketing.
• Work experiences of a technical/scientific and commercial/marketing nature. For example: integration manager, technical account manager, science journalist.
• Technical/scientific and business/marketing work experience. For example: a previous position as a software engineer and another position as a business developer.
