Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting for a sessional beauty IQA to join our beauty team at The Roundhouse Campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead quality assurance through a vibrant and creative beauty approach.

Opportunity

This is a pivotal opportunity to lead and shape the internal quality assurance process for beauty qualifications and apprenticeships at all levels. You will ensure compliance with awarding organizations and EPAOs, support and mentor residents, and drive continuous improvement. With scope to influence the quality of the curriculum, manage EQA visits, and uphold high standards, this role is ideal for proactive professionals who are passionate about excellence in vocational education.

About you

You are a qualified beauty therapy professional, level 3 or above in beauty therapy and at least level 2 in nails. You have a strong understanding of IQA and EQA processes in cosmetology education, along with excellent planning, mentoring and communication skills. Confident in using digital systems and e-portfolios, you are passionate about raising standards and supporting residents and learners across a range of beauty qualifications and apprenticeship pathways.
