What will you do?

As we have Head of Legal AffairsYou will be responsible for leading and managing our company’s legal function. You will advise on strategic transactions, ensure compliance, and help shape governance; You will also be hands-on across multiple areas, partnering with leadership and operations to ensure legal risks are well managed as we grow.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corporate governance functions: maintaining board/committee charters, stock plan administration, stock issuances, and entity management (domestic and international).

• Overseeing strategic transactions: fundraising, joint ventures, partnerships, and debt financing.

• Handle securities matters and prepare reports, if/when required, especially as the company grows toward potential public status.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, commercial agreements, licenses, intellectual property arrangements, and vendor and service agreements.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal (and international when applicable) laws and regulations.

• Proactively identify legal risks and design policies, processes and controls to mitigate them.

• Managing external consultants and advisors; Providing guidance to any junior members of the legal team.

• Support cross-functional projects: product launches, data/privacy, employment law issues, and regulatory filings.

What we are looking for

• Jordanian Dinar from an accredited law school; Licensed to practice in California or able to register internally. Be sure to reference GoInhouse.com in your order.

• 3-5 years of legal experience in the field of corporate law.

• Prior involvement in high value or complex transactions.

• Strong judgment, excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to distill legal risks and advise non-legal stakeholders effectively.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change. You will be expected to balance speed with legal safety.

• Strong leadership capabilities: directing and managing external consultancies and building legal infrastructure.
