Job Title: Platform Marketing Manager (YouTube)

Location: New York (on site 4 days a week)
Salary Range: $66,300 – $80,000 per year
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Platform Marketing Manager (YouTube) to join Warner Music Group’s global marketing team.

The Platform Marketing Manager (YouTube) is responsible for supporting the overall management, execution, optimization and reporting of YouTube advertising initiatives. This role focuses primarily on owned and unsold inventory, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, performing at the highest level, and delivering value across all WMG teams worldwide.
Responsibilities
Support the launch and management of all owned and unsold inventory on YouTube.
Monitor campaigns in Google Ads and other relevant platforms, ensuring optimal delivery against goals.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline routine campaign tasks.
Develop, document and improve operational processes and best practices for YouTube advertising to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
Manage ad inventory, ensuring effective placements and rotations aligned with campaign objectives.
Create comprehensive performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights for internal teams and customers.
Analyze complex campaign data to inform improvements and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
4+ years of dedicated experience in an ad operations or paid media role, with significant hands-on experience specifically with YouTube Ads.
Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, especially with video campaign types (TrueView, Bumper, Actionable Video Campaigns, Top Performance).
Strong understanding of web analytics platforms, especially Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and its integration with Google Ads.
Demonstrable experience with tag management systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager) and implementing various tracking pixels/tags.
Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven improvement decisions.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
