Job Purpose: Film, produce and edit digital marketing content projects for Full Court Partners (FCP) properties, including the WNBA’s Dallas Wings. This role will require strong knowledge of traditional digital marketing channels and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset that includes the ability to engage with storytelling concepts through video and photography.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Create entertaining and informative content with dynamic visual storytelling through a unique and exceptional videography, photography and editing skill set. *
• Prepare, produce and direct live and pre-recorded content for Wings Digital and assist in the production of social media content. *
• Create digital content for various internal teams including Marketing, Community, Sponsorship, Ticket Sales and the Dallas Wings Community Foundation for use across all outlets, including, but not limited to, arena content, social media content and local broadcast content.
• Champion all video recording and photography operations on a weekly basis. *
• Collaborate with the full content and creative teams on all campaigns and support projects with the goal of increasing revenue and social media engagement.
• Performs gameday/game night video and editing duties with the Wings. *
• Ability to help teach editing techniques and skills to other content team members.
• Assist with coverage and live events.
• Stay up to date on the latest video and production trends and equipment to help create a strategy to innovate and leverage daily content.
• Travel to away matches and other supporting events.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Game Day Duties/Responsibilities:
• Standing and walking for long periods and long working hours.
• Prepare and produce all team content. *
• Must be available to attend all Dallas Wings home games, as well as attend community and networking events. Games and events may be held on nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Job Requirements:
• What we need from our content producer:
• Average ability to handle video equipment and camera settings and formats.
• Intermediate in videography and photography.
• Intermediate technical and editing thresholds including strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Strong background working in a collaborative and deadline-oriented work environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays surrounding live events and games.
• Knowledge of sports including WNBA.

Formal education and relevant work experience:
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in digital media production including videography and editing.
• Motion design experience preferred.
