Customer Support (Lithuania) at Reface, за колдоном

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist To join our team, who will answer your emails, reviews and chat questions In all countries.
The role involves work 5 days a week 8-10 hour shiftsFully remote, no night shifts.

Lithuanian citizenship is required.

About you:

  • 1-2 Years of experience in a customer support role or similar position
  • Strong spoken and written English skills
  • Self-motivation, reliability and ability to work independently
  • Strong focus on customer needs and excellent customer service skills
  • High communication abilities and patience
