We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager in Ukraine to take full ownership of growth initiatives in one of Binance’s highest priority markets. This role requires a hands-on, data-driven marketer who can combine user acquisition campaigns, lifecycle management, reactivation, and non-standard growth activations. You will design and implement experiments, optimize the conversion funnel and ensure that Binance remains the number one cryptocurrency brand in Ukraine. Please note that only English language CVs will be evaluated. Location can be flexible, while Ukrainian language is a must given the nature of the role.

Responsibilities:

• User growth and reactivation: Trigger non-standard engagement activations and reactivate existing user base;
• Unlock new user growth Through creative innovations: new product offerings, interactive mechanics, A/B testing, and life cycle optimization;
• Map and optimize the entire user journey (Visit → Registration → KYC → Deposit → Trade) to enhance your business conversion path;
• Promotions: Lead and implement a series of educational and reward-based campaigns;
• Advertising Management: Design, test and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (web + app);
• runs ASO/SEO experiences retargeting campaigns;
• Accountability and reporting: Own completion of Ukrainian key goals and objectives throughout, and escalate progress and campaign performance metrics on a frequent basis with the Marketing and Operations team.

requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in growth, digital or performance marketing (preferably in cryptocurrency, technology/IT, fintech, e-commerce or mobile apps);
• Proven experience in acquisition, retention, paid advertising, ASO/SEO, analytics, and CRM/email marketing;
• Execution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and autonomy;
• Analytical and data-driven, with hands-on A/B testing and product improvement experience;
• Ukrainian language at native level + strong command of English;
• Passion for crypto/blockchain/fintech, and staying up to date with industry trends.

Nice to have:

• Background in gambling, betting or gaming industries with proven growth evidence;
• Previous experience marketing cryptocurrencies or fintech products.
