Perkins Coie LLP is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our team to represent local, regional, and national clients to support their development projects and transactions. The position will cover public land use, real estate and municipal law, and experience in all three areas is preferred. Typical support will include review of project feasibility and entitlements, permitting support and strategy, legislative advice, and drafting of relevant real estate agreements and documents. You are also expected to appear before local, state, and national agency staff, decision makers, hearing examiners, boards, councils, commissions, and courts.

Compensation range: $235,000 to $310,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
