We will create a premium engagement product* with organizers, technicians and budget to support post-production projects on a pro bono basis, with the project starting in Anfang 2026.
In this cylinder, central production, project management and technical teams such as VFX, CGI, 3D, compositing artists and artificial intelligence are integrated.
This technology relies on planning, structuring and technical organization of post-production, and integration with AI workflows in the best pipelines by validating time, budget and resources.

Aufgaben and Verantwortlichkeiten

• General planning, organization and coordination of post-production within projects
• Verantwortung für Zeitplane, Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Resourcenzuweisung
• Sicherstellung einer Stabilen technischen Infrastruktur (workstations, cloud system, Netzwerk, data management)
• Aufbau, Pflege und Optimierung der Postproduktionspipeline (including Schnittstellenwischen VFX, CGI, 3D, Compositing, AI)
• Integration and optimization of AI-driven workflows and tools
• Coordinate production, artists, technologies and external services
• High technology availability in various languages, production and artists
• Control workflow, data format, codecs, backups, and versioning
• Ensuring technical and guaranteed quality for post-delivery
• Data protection, backups and archiving across the enterprise
• Troubleshooting and technical remediation
• Organization von Feedback- und Review-Prozessen
• Documentation on Abläufen and Entwicklung von Best Practices
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Copyright-, Lizenz- und Datenschutzrichtlinien
• Support pipeline technicians and regulators

Anforderungen/profile

• Work as a post producer, post supervisor or in any technical organizational function
• Post production funds (VFX, CGI, 3D, compositing, grading, editing, artificial intelligence)
• Please refer to AI-based post-production (z. B. Generative tools, AI synthesis, scaling, automation, model management)
• Work on budget planning, financial accounts, and study the internal budget for the post-production stage
• Get familiar with workflows, presentation, formats, and data
• Training with Pipeline- und Versionierungstools (z.B. ShotGrid, ftrack, Kitsu, Asana, Notion, Trello)
• Advanced technologies for hybrid and cloud infrastructure
• Enhancing communication and effectiveness of creative and technical teams
• Quality of organizations and work structure until the end
• Latest AI technologies and integration into production pipelines
• Bewusstsein für Urheberrecht, Lizenzmanagement and Datenschutz
• Sehr Gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse von Forteil
• Idealerweise wohnhaft im DACH-Raum (Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz)
