With a focus on innovation and engagement, we’re developing the ultimate Formula 1 experience for players everywhere, and you can help us take the game to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • You will become a key part of a small, dynamic team driving the dialogue elements within the F1 franchise. Although part of the game design family, this is a specialized, dialogue-focused role.
  • You will work with the Senior Dialogue Designer to assist with designs, write voice lines for performers, implement and test voice lines, and deliver features from ideation through to the final product.
  • During recording sessions you will help: take notes; Create scripts; Live rewriting
  • You will use in-house design tools to set up, test, and troubleshoot logical flows of in-game dialogue (training available)
  • You will help select and copy the best shots, and liaise with sound design during post-production
  • You will work collaboratively with the translation teams to ensure a best-in-class experience across all our regions
  • You will organize and maintain our scripts, sessions and designs

Eligibility:

  • You are currently studying in your penultimate year of university study with a placement year planned.
  • You are available to start a full-time, 12-month training in July 2026.
  • You are eligible to work in the UK without additional visa or resettlement support.

skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A deep interest in voiceover, narration, and/or performance within video games
  • An interest in Formula 1 racing and understanding the fan’s broadcast/press experience
  • A passion for writing, whether in games or other fields
  • Basic audio software/workflow experience is valuable but not essential
  • Awareness of game design tools is valuable, although not essential
  • A structured approach to creativity – ensuring that material is readable and organized
  • Team player with a hands-on attitude and commitment to learning
