About the program:

Every year, we take care of two of the user experiences from anywhere in the world to join us for 7 months, either in the fall, spring or online semester. Our user experience is working by designing a comprehensive user experience and the user experience search process to get the idea of ​​starting from their selection, which will help them attract employment managers in this field or industry.

The trainees take our program for free and get individual guidance throughout the 7 -month program. UX trainees continue to achieve between $ 85,000 – $ 130,000 in UX design, product design, UX research or service design roles after completing the program.

We are committed to the help of women, migrants, POC and LGBTQ to storm technology functions and obtain 6 -digit user experience functions. We help you get UX jobs consisting of 6 numbers or your training until you get them.

Industrial discipline requirements:

This vocational training program is open to new graduates and the useful user experience profession! Here are some vocational training requirements that must be taken into account before applying:

• Interested in creative career paths in user experience research, user experience design, product design or service design
• Prepare to adhere to 5-10 working hours per week to complete the program’s outputs
• Prepare to attend weekend lectures for 2-3 hours to learn the comprehensive design process or ready to complete the online video cycle units
• Open to the user experience of the user experience and shows the desire to review the design work

• Building digital products and services 0-1
• Driving a comprehensive design process for the startup idea or the topic you choose
• Product leadership leadership and feature of features, in addition to project management completely
• Determining the target market for the product and setting the product to achieve the success of the launch
• Develop a business model for the product or service and explain how the product/service will be expanded with the expansion of the business form
• Leading discovery research through user employment management, creating research plans, writing interview guides, driving discovery interviews from 8 to 16, collecting interview visions
• Submit an attractive design for user experience and a business presentation of your starting idea, with quality and quantitative data to justify the problem space and the solution
• Tell a convincing story about users by displaying the types of users, characters, stakeholders maps, flight maps, operations maps, service plans, thinking matrices, graphics, wire tires, UX workflow, initial models and other visual outputs
• User test driving for wire tires and initial models to improve product use/service use and continuous repetition of your startup idea
• Design a unique design system for your start from the beginning, create components, style guide and brand for your solution
• Analyze the direct and indigo competitors to clarify the advantages of your solution clearly and why your solution is innovative and more likely to succeed compared to competing options
• Consult with startups to create a work scope and implement user experience research, user experience design, product design and service design based on your business.

You will receive the advice and challenges of the user experience via email to help you move to the user experience and you will be contacted by us if you consider joining the trainees program. Once you contact you, you will undergo a short interview before joining the group. Due to the large number of applicants, we cannot contact all applicants on the status of their requests. If you do not hear from us about conducting an interview within two months of submitting the application, please consider your request closed. We consider applicants on a renewed basis.
