For our customers in Amsterdam, we are looking for a UAT test manager.

Role description: E2E UAT test manager is responsible for ensuring the validity of work requirements fully through the TS’s comprehensive user acceptance test. The role works as a bridge between project management, CJE and the test team, ensuring that the solutions provided meet job,,, non -functional and organizational expectations.

Main responsibilities:
• Check the validity of the requirements: translating business requirements and job requirements into clear goals, scenarios and criteria for UAT test. Ensure the complete coverage of important business flows from start to finish.
• Strategy and Planning Test: Determine the comprehensive UAT, scope, entry/exit standards, timelines, and required resources. Compatibility with the features of the program and version plans.
• The alignment of stakeholders: coordination between the leader of change (I), CJE and the test team to ensure that the requirements are understood and testable. Work as a single call to follow the requirements for the test.
• Supervising the implementation of the E2E test: UAT implementation management via systems, teams and geographical regions. Monitor progress, defects and risks. Edge problems and stimulate the solution using Change Lead and CJE.
Quality Governance: Maintaining Requirement Tracking Resolutions (RTM), ensuring that defects are recorded for requirements, and providing transparency through case reports.
• Preparing for the exit registration: facilitating the exit from the business by providing evidence that proves the success of verifying the validity of all important requirements, or that the risks are documented and accepted.

Skills and competencies:
• A strong understanding of commercial operations and requirement management.
• Experience in UAT management via multiple systems (E2E).
• The ability to translate the requirements into testable acceptance criteria.
• Administration of stakeholders and excellent communication skills.
• Organized and directed towards the details and practiced in achieving a balance between quality and time schedules for delivery.
