Sony Pictures Television International Production Digital Studio is here to form the future of the first creator of creators, the original original content of the digital audience. The newly launched digital studio in the UK will perform the YouTube, Prepressssips, PodCSTS chain, bold brand content, first audience, and make how people really watch.

This is your chance to be part of a new digital studio from the beginning, with Sony Pictures support and the mentality of modern digital media company.

We are looking for a proactive channel manager with a strategic mentality to join Sony Pictures New Digital Studio. In this pivotal role, all versions will be honored and managed through our channels, mainly focusing on YouTube, with the publication and management of channels on Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and others. You will play an important role in regulating the growth and development of various YouTube channels by converting analytical visions into convincing and culturally related content.

What will you do?
• The leading channel operations, public development, and creative sites to ensure the echo of content with the targeted masses.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive channel strategies, covering video concepts, miniature photography, descriptive data, and seeing the comprehensive channel.
• Partner with internal teams to support smooth video production, and provide creative and strategic guidelines.
• Supervising the schedule and publication of YouTube, and the application of best practices to the articles of association for the development of the masses through the distribution of content and community management.
• Cooperation with the Creative Director on RoadMaps on YouTube, and building repeated content formats and habit formation.
• Writing and editing titles, descriptions and descriptive data; Create an attractive mini image. YouTube content adaptation to clarity, accessibility, and brand consistency.
• The leading analyzes and reporting, and the interpretation of standards such as the retirement curves, CTR, AVD and traffic sources; Design and operation of organized tests; Repeating and exchanging ideas with stakeholders.
• Partner with the Digital Production Team and Global Liberation/Social Teams to agree on best practices and advance growth.
• Supporting channels operations by managing time tables, downloading, operating lists, screens/final cards, and workflow.
• Conducting quality control via review lists before posting, ensuring accuracy, aligning the brand, and the suitability of ads.
• Tracking performance trends, operating Thumbnail/Title A/B tests, and documenting learning to inform the future strategy.
• Maintaining tracking devices, calendars, and conduct of work assets, and ensuring smooth operations through stakeholders.

What you will bring:
• Successful YouTube channel management has proven large -scale with measurable growth in subscribers and the time of monitoring and liquefaction.
• An expert in creating short -in -form content, with a deep understanding of what pays participation and increases views on platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube.
Deep knowledge of YouTube content strategy, algorithms, retaining strategies, and income models (RPM, custom operations).
• Strong creative skills in developing mini -images and packing that enhance CTR and start the session.
• Experiment to managing brand partnerships via YouTube, Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Efficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (or the like) and the functioning of work after production.
• Administration of excellent interest, communications, organizational skills, and presentation.
• The ability to manage content orthodors and the functioning of production work from comprehensive to the tip of the stadium to publishing.

Favorite skills and qualifications
• The practical knowledge of YouTube Studio, analyzes, and senior economic officials of address/descriptions; Passionate passion, keep them, and enthusiasm.
• The basic to medium skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Thumbnail (Photoshop, Canva, Figma).
