Crossbeam helps companies partnership with each other in a more reliable data by working as a data guarantee service. Our platform allows companies to find clients and prospects overlapping with their partners while maintaining the rest of their databases, especially and safe.

It will join a small team but grow from experienced engineers to transfer our programs from early success to the institution’s scale. This is an opportunity to influence and contribute to our practices and engineering.

Responsibilities include:

• Charging and improvement features are constantly with guidelines of other team members.
• Work along with other team members to create, test and publish functional code.
• Work with other engineers to create a strong back code. Partner with product management, design and customer success to repeat the features and improvements.
• Giving priority to the support problems that are reported by users and/or our customer success team, helps to determine the areas of improvement in the base of software instructions and contribute to improving them.
• Evil about learning and cooperating with your team members.
• Help develop an environment where you can ask and ask questions that will improve the team as a whole.
• Work closely with more young developers to enhance user interface practice throughout the Crossbeam Engineering team.

These are some of your features:

• You have at least four (4) years of professional experience in an engineering team.
• You are excited to write code in Clojure and/or Vue (our group).
• You have a simple and effective back interface code.
• You have an understanding of the modern front end frame, a comfort programming interface, and how you interact with the back interface code.
• You have an understanding of the interaction with databases: it is preferable to be the relationship (perfectly after postgres or MySQL, but Mongo and other NosQL databases also work).
• You have experience with cloud techniques (AWS perfectly, but Azure, etc., acceptable).
• Experience in building systems distributed from the event using tools such as Kafka, RabbitmQ, SQs, etc.
• You believe in creating space for people who have different backgrounds and views to exchange their opinions in a respectable environment.
• Adopting complex technical challenges and flourishing to discover simple solutions.
• You are not afraid to speak when you have a point of view, but you can “disagree and abide” once you reach a final decision.
• You have incomparable work ethics and are excited to learn from the team around you.
• You have experience at remote work as part of a larger team.

Crossbeam has always been committed to building a distance culture, even before the epidemic. We have a founder in the Philadelphia region and the distribution of team members throughout the country. Most of our cooperative work occurs on stagnation and magnification.
