What you will work on:

  • Responsible for investor relations (IR) including reporting, financial modeling and communication.
  • Providing market intelligence and benchmarking analysis for internal and external financial modeling purposes.
  • Own process, reporting and analytics for corporate capital projects.
  • Lead all aspects of consolidated P&L reporting. Oversee the monthly document process, maintaining alignment with accounting and FP&A business partners to ensure accurate reporting of the company statement at a company level. Provide guidance and insight to present a coherent, complete and actionable financial narrative.
  • Drive monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles – bringing prior experience to help scale our systems and tools, create more robust planning processes and timelines, and ensure ongoing accuracy and deeper analysis into each cycle.
  • Oversee the preparation of analysis, comments, and presentation materials to the Board of Directors, and other executive-level reviews. Implement and/or delegate recurring and ad-hoc analyzes and special projects as requested by our finance and leadership team.
  • Lead and coach the team to continue improving and expanding their impact on the FP&A team

What to bring:

  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
    • Preference given to experience in private equity or investment banking
    • Preference given to a proven track record of success in a high-growth SaaS environment, with an expert understanding of subscription revenue models, and key SaaS metrics.
  • Must be hands-on, collaborative, detail-oriented, positive, highly organized, and able to multitask through a variety of regularly recurring activities as well as one-time projects
  • Ability to communicate clearly, timely and effectively across all departments, especially while collaborating with the executive team on a daily basis
  • Reliable and professional with strong accounting acumen, advanced financial modeling principles, extensive knowledge of business operations, and ability to think outside the box
  • Experience handling sensitive financial information with a high level of discretion; Respect privacy and appropriate access levels
  • Strong knowledge with Excel and its use in developing financial models
  • A growth mindset when it comes to process improvement and new technologies, especially artificial intelligence

The full salary range* for this role is $148,800 to $186,000 to $223,200. Additionally, benefit offerings may vary depending on the employee’s location.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the low end and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate consistent high performance and impact at CLIO. The final offer amount for this role depends on the individual experience and skills of the candidate.
