Senior Director of Products, Bill and Licensing

The Clio Products Group expands rapidly, the needs of our users vary and constantly develop. Since Clio has built new products and has acquired new companies, our statute team is responsible for ensuring that all of these products are coherent together and interacting without friction.
The billing and licensing team is responsible for building the tools needed for how we have issued bills for our customers. Clio has multiple products and an increasing number of ways in which we can achieve income from these different products.
We are looking for a very enthusiastic and technical producer to lead our billing and licensing systems.
This role requires two groups of important skills to achieve success: 1. A person who can deeply understand our billing systems today from a technical perspective and product perspective and 2. A person who can build compatibility through a large number of GTM and the owners of commercial interest (sales, Revops, income achievement, marketing, legal affairs, finance, etc.).
This role can be performed by one of our Canadian offices in a mixed environment twice a week or remotely from Canada or the United States. Some exceptions may be applied.

What you will work on:
As a first producer manager in the CLIO team, you will have the strategy and implementation of how to support our customers ’bills against our product group. Cleo
Strategic product leadership:
- Develop and implement the product’s vision, strategy and road map for billing and licensing teams, in line with the comprehensive work goals of Clio and customer needs.
- Depth and breadth: You will need to understand the needs of our customers through the entire CLIO product group, then think deeply in the best ways to solve these problems.
- Multiple functional work with product managers, engineers, designers and other stakeholders to provide high -quality changes to the product.

Products development and life cycle management:
- Supervising the life cycle of the entire product from the idea to launch.
- Use data and customer visions to track the main scales and performance indicators, and determine the chances of product improvement and continuous improvement.
Participants ’participation:
- It is closely cooperated with the main stakeholders, including customers and other Clio products teams, to collect ideas, comments and requirements that help develop and improve the product.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the internal teams, ensuring compatibility between the departments and effective communication of the product’s goals and features.
What you attend:
- More than 4 years of experience in product management roles in the technology industry, with a busy record in managing and promoting complex software or platforms.
- An exceptional ability to build strong relationships through business, constructive talks, and make decisions in mysterious situations.
- Experience in building technical products.
- Strong focus on business and standards.
- Experience in conducting user research, collecting comments and using data to inform the product decisions that enhance the user experience.
- Its ability to lead multi -functional and cooperative teams has proven effectively with stakeholders through product teams, engineering, design, marketing and sales.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others and push product initiatives forward.

The full salary range * for this role is $ 152,200 to 179,000 dollars to $ 205,800. Please note that salary ranges may vary based on the location and local currency. In addition, advantages may vary depending on the employee website.
* We aim to employ all candidates between the minimum and the middle point for the full salary range. We keep the middle point to the maximum salary range for internal employees who show high performance and a continuous effect on Clio. The final offer amount of this role will depend on individual experience and the candidate’s skills set.
