Product Management Manager | Visier function on T-Net

We are looking for experience Platform Product Management Manager To join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the core elements of our platform, directly impacting our ability to innovate, scale, and deliver a secure and reliable experience for our users.

What will you do…
As a Director of Platform Product Management focused on infrastructure and core services, you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap and execution of critical platform areas, including:
- Infrastructure: Identify and prioritize initiatives to enhance our core infrastructure, ensuring it is reliable, efficient and cost-effective. This includes areas such as cloud service optimization, containerization, and foundational data storage solutions.
- Scalability: Drive efforts to ensure that our platform grows seamlessly with our user base and evolving requirements. You will identify bottlenecks, define performance metrics, and work with engineering to implement solutions that support continued growth.
- Permissions and security: Own the product vision for our access control systems and platform security features. You will balance user experience with strong security measures, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Alerts and notifications: Develop and improve our internal and external alerting and notification systems, ensuring timely and actionable communication of both system health and user facing events.
You will work with a high degree of independence, leading by example and potentially mentoring other team members. Your work will involve:
- An in-depth analysis of technical challenges, market trends and user experience needs to inform product decisions.
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex platform features.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.
- Communicate product strategies, roadmaps, and progress to stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Identify and drive innovative product, process, or technical changes that positively impact the entire organization.
What do you bring…
- Advanced understanding of platform technologies, including cloud computing, distributed systems, and modern architectural patterns.
- 6-10 years of extensive product management experience, preferably platform focused Security-related product strategy.
- Familiarity with enterprise security tools and standards (e.g. OKTA, ADFS, SCIM, SSO).
- Proven experience in solving complex technical and product challenges through creative and effective solutions.
- Ability to independently manage projects and technical tasks of large/complex scope, translating strategic objectives into executable deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate changing factors and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

The base pay range for this position is in the $120,000 – $160,000/year + bonus.

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as qualifications, experience, relevant knowledge and skills.
