Developer of AI automation and media tools

Join a forward-thinking team to design advanced automation solutions for video content, workflow management, utilities, and analytics. You’ll build impactful tools that leverage AI models, API integrations, and modern automation platforms like n8n, Make, and Zapier.

Key responsibilities

• Develop intelligent utilities for automated video creation and editing, audio snippets, and multi-channel content publishing (including YouTube social workflows), using best-in-class AI platforms like Synthesia, CapCut, OpusClip, Kling AI, Firefly, Descript, Veo 3, and Elevenlabs.

• Build and integrate scalable workflow automation across CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), service platforms, and business processes using n8n, Make, Zapier, and similar platforms.

• Design effective data pipelines for media, business, and analytics, automating data flow, approvals, enrichment, notifications, and reporting.

• Collaborate on analytics initiatives to extract insights and improve facility performance and workflow using advanced dashboards.

• Integrate and experiment with AI APIs for generative media, avatar/voice creation, and automated lip syncing.

• Python automation, AI/ML models, and API-driven development.

• Proficient in using leading AI video/audio tools and media/content workflow automation platforms.

• Proven experience in workflow development, CRM and service automation.

• Understand data, analytics and business improvement pipeline architectures.

• A creative, solutions-driven mindset – eager to experiment, learn and adapt to new technology.

Bonus points

• Hands-on experience in social workflow automation, CRM or service.

• Familiarity with multi-channel content publishing pipelines (YouTube and LinkedIn).

• Experience developing facilities for business bots, enrichment and approval flows.
