Opportunity

The role of the Director of Learning Support provides an exciting opportunity to lead a specialized team in providing comprehensive and high -quality support for students with various educational needs. It will supervise the leaders of the Learning Support Team and EHCP, ensuring the effective use of resources to help students achieve their potential – especially those who have EHCPS or financing high needs. This role is essential to creating a supportive educational environment and includes delegating the head of the transmission and learning support department.

About you

We are looking for a strong and emotional, intelligent leader with an experience installed in transmission and learning support. You will have the ability to drive in difficult environments, take informed decisions, and pay the team’s performance. The strong understanding of EHCPS, SEND legislation and experience in managing learning support teams is essential. You should have a qualification in management, leadership or training with a lecturer and a specific qualification.
