The Women’s Soccer Coach is responsible for the overall management and success of the women’s soccer program. The primary purpose of this position is to teach and coach student-athletes, plan practices, develop strategies to enhance skills, lead conditioning, monitor student-athletes’ academic progress, recruit student-athletes, schedule opponents, develop team budget, develop community relations, participate in fundraising activities, administer camps and clinics, and develop collegiate fitness for the Signature Program. For women.”
Job-Related Minimum Education and Experience:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job-related field and 5 or more years of job-related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job-related certifications, training, education, and/or experience.
Required Certification, License/Other Credentials:
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree, college level coaching/playing experience and a USSF or NSCAA coaching license. Knowledge of NCAA Division I rules and regulations.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of NCAA Division I rules and regulations, exceptional interpersonal skills, computer skills and strong written and oral skills.

Directs all scheduling for the program (competition, team travel, practice and conditioning, etc.) and coordinates with the men’s soccer program as necessary.
