Flexibility – Events are typically conducted over weekends (which may include Thursdays or Fridays set up.) As an independent contractor, you set your own schedule – you choose which event(s) to accept!

Excitement – You’ll be attending some of the best sporting venues in your state. Never a dull moment! You may be invited to travel to top tournaments.

New Technology – Hands-on experience with the latest broadcast software and technology!

Support – We want to see you succeed by providing the best in the industry tools and resources.

What (contract services are needed)

Track – Receive and process all event equipment, including camera and marketing assets.

Implementation – Set up the broadcast system (imaging equipment) on each court (or field). Move safely, be efficient and maneuver with a sense of urgency throughout your work day.

Screen – Make sure the stream of each game is steady and consistent. Operate and troubleshoot equipment and technology, and maintain communication with the Ballertv team throughout the event.

Flexibility – This role is a part-time weekend contractor position. Some events start as early as 6 a.m. and continue as late as 10 p.m. You may be required to travel up to 40 miles one way.

Pay – $16 per hour

Please note: Daily shifts can be longer than 12 hours. Work can increase over weekend tournaments (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). It is not for everyone and requires you to be on your feet and lift heavy objects.

Required qualifications
Must be 18 years old

A background check must be completed prior to the event

You must be familiar with iOS devices and products

Must be neat and professional at all times

Must have the ability to multitask with strong attention to detail

Must possess a positive, winning attitude

Preferred qualifications
Experience producing events (Live), sports, or any client facing location is a plus!

Knowledge, interest and experience in soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, soccer, and/or wrestling is a plus!

Possess a current and valid driver’s license to receive and transport event equipment.
