We are looking for a project for a project for land management/programs.

Under the supervision of the head of the Land Unit and Logistics Services, the project employee for land management/programs will be responsible for planning, starting and implementing the activities of developing cooperative military capabilities in the ground field. In particular, the employer will be responsible for / contributes to the following activities:

• Supporting the member states of the European Union in improving their military capabilities in the land field;
• Supporting development activities that carry out the basic mission 3 of the Defense Defense Academy, which are the coordination of military requirements, and the basic task 4, collecting demand for joint purchases;
• Supporting activities aimed at developing feasibility studies with member states interested in launching specific cooperative development/acquisition projects;
• He bears the basic responsibility for the acquisition/cooperative purchase of equipment/equipment/defense weapons on behalf of member states within EDA frameworks, including:
  • EDA cat management. The project with “Cooperative Procurement for Ammunition (CPOA)”, including the project management, the management of frameworks associated with it, the delivery of supplies, all financial, administrative and financial aspects;
  • Coordination of cooperative activities that support the definition of equipment/equipment/requirements/technical specifications for defense equipment;
  • Supporting activities related to EDA as a contractual and/or purchasing agent, including market consultation, purchasing strategy, tenders, and contracting to supply equipment/defense equipment.
• Interaction, as necessary, with relevant external stakeholders such as European external action (EEAS), the European Union military staff (EUS), the European Commission (EC), NATO, the European Union’s defense and industrial base (EDTIB), any institutions, bodies and other related agencies in the European Union;
• Contributing to the efforts of the agency and the Directorate to enhance / develop curricula, operations and competencies of project management / purchases in the field of cooperative purchase of military equipment;
• The contribution, as necessary, to evaluating PESCO projects and preparing to provide support for the cooperative projects for lands at the request of member states, including the pursuit of synergy between current initiatives;
• The contribution, as necessary, to evaluating, preparing and managing the initiatives led by DG Defis related to the field of the employer’s responsibility;
• Providing technical advice related to the field of the employer’s responsibility regarding the policies and concepts of the European Union related to defense;
• Representing the agency during conferences and seminars;
• Take additional tasks as required in favor of the service.

Duties may develop according to the development of the Temple and activities of the Emirates Dive Association, and the decisions of the Emirates Dive Association management.
