As a major member of the EB administrative team, Communications and Communications Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping the identity of the administration and sharing it with a wide range of fans, including students, employees, employees, graduates, donors, university stakeholders and the public. This position is responsible for developing and implementing integrated communication and communication strategies and communication that provides the academic task of EB and its strategic goals.

To submit reports to the administrative director and work closely with the leadership of the department, faculty and employees, the coordinator will design and implement communication initiatives to enhance teaching and research programs, events, student opportunities, and graduate participation. The coordinator will also be responsible for managing the Ministry’s website and the presence of social media, ensuring that digital platforms reflect the current priorities and communicate effectively with the internal and external masses.

A successful candidate will bring the installed communication skills alongside the normal world passion, including the environment, development and memorization. Familiarity with the diversity of biological diversity and sustainability will enhance its ability to communicate with the various masses and highlight EB’s contributions to teaching, research and communication.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing plans to enhance programs, events and/or initiatives that support strategic goals
  • Development and implementation of marketing plans to support strategies and/or business development activities and/or business development activities
  • Implementing marketing plans to enhance branded profiles
  • Provide advice on marketing best practices and brand building opportunities
  • Enhancing relationships with internal and external communications in coordinating marketing activities
  • Building and strengthening relations with stakeholders and strategic importance partners
  • Data analysis to ensure effectiveness and continuous investment return for marketing efforts and initiatives
  • Promotion of promotional materials and communication. Providing presentations to enhance programs, opportunities and/or initiatives.
  • Development and implementation of social media programs and initiatives.
  • Imagine, organize and implement events activities.
  • Supervising the activities of improving the website and implementing them to support the goals and goals of the program.

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in press, communications, marketing, or an acceptable equivalent mix of education and expertise.
  • The five -year minimum of modern professional experience related to strategic communications, events planning, and planning awareness initiatives to support building positive relationships with stakeholders and strategic importance partners (such as students, graduates and the broader society), preferably in the post -secondary or intense research institution.
  • The experience of developing and implementing communication strategies.
  • Experience, organizing and implementing events to support awareness initiatives.
  • The experience of developing and implementing marketing plans to enhance programs, events and/or initiatives that support strategic goals.
  • The experience of creating promotional and communication materials, with familiarity with the brand identity requirements described in university style guides.
  • Drafting and editing content of communications channels and/or online, including creating and maintaining the presence of social media platforms.
  • Experience and update web sites.
  • An experiment installed in determining and photographing good story opportunities and writing brief, creative and attractive communication pieces (i.e. news and features of features) including editing, research, printing/design and reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (EG Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Adobe Creative Suites, WordPress, Drupal and other similar content management systems, social media (such as Facebook, X, Instagram etc.) And online video/audio conferences (for example Zoom, Microsoft Beanss).
  • Classified and pronounced communication skills are excellent.
  • Exceptional stories skills and display. Excellent attention to details, solid cracking skills and correction skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the principles of ads, tools, standards, social media platforms, modern web browsers and search engine improvement techniques.
  • The ability to write in a variety of styles and sounds showed a group of fans.
  • It showed strong analytical, organizational and organizational skills.
