We are looking for a professional in skilled human resources to join the human resources and dynamic employment team. This is your opportunity to play a vital role in providing exceptional human resources services that support our employees and enhance our mission.

The post -administrative and consulting support holder for Human Resources will provide high -quality professional human resources service to managers and employees via LSHTM, including the Department of Central Human Resources Operations in LSHTM.

The responsibilities of the human resources employee (to name a few) will include:

  • Effective management and delivery of employment activity and choosing large size through your specific faculty members
  • The Department of Employment and Supervision of Contract Administration, UKVI operations, and employment correspondence with accurate and efficient
  • Provide expert guidelines and advice for managers and employees in best employment practices, UKVI/Right at work requirements, family friendly policies, monitoring, and fixed contracts

The pregnant woman will get a Bachelor’s degree (or what is equivalent) or CIPD 5 or great professional experience in human resources. You will also have a strong experience in managing large size recruitment campaigns, providing active and responsive advice for human resources and knowing detailed work on the UK migration regulations. This post is 35 hours full -time per week, 1 FTE and durable.

This role will be primarily in the Tavistock Place office, London (as a minimum of two days a week to work from the office).

The salary will be on the LSHTM salary scale, grade 5 in the range of 39,984 pounds – 45,728 pounds annually (including weighting in London). The post will be subject to LSHTM terms and service provisions. The annual leave right is 30 working days per year, PRO RATA for part -time employees. In addition, there are appreciation “welfare days”. Pension scheme membership is available. The post is located in London.
