We are looking for Bethon’s great developer To join our engineering team and help build the rear infrastructure that operates the clinical and operational platforms of the basalt. This is an older level for the developer that flourishes in fast -paced environments, and it understands the unique challenges of health care data, and is enthusiastic about building safe and high -performance applications on a large scale.

You will play an important role in leading the development of our basic services – working on everything from API is compatible with FHIRS and integration with EHRS to automate workflow tasks and process advanced data.

Main responsibilities

• Designing and implementing the developed and safe back interface services using Bethon (In the first place Fastapi or Django))
• Building and maintenance FHIR/ /Applications compatible with HL7 For inter -operation with EHR Third party data and applicants
• The leading architectural discussions and the payment of the main back interface decisions on expansion, data modeling and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with HIPAAand SOC 2And Hitrust Standards in all aspects of the development of the back interface
• Medium and young developers through code reviews, husband programming, and technical design sessions
• Cooperating closely with the front end teams, products and data to determine and present influential features
• Complete tools and services such as epicand SernerOr ATHENAHELTH Via Standard healthcare facades
• Developing the tests of the test and participating in continuous integration / continuous publishing (CI/CDPractices
• Monitor and explore errors and repair them and improve the performance of the application in the gradual and production environment

You must be qualifications:

*5+ years of professional experience in building back interface applications with Python

*A strong experience with Fastapi, Django, or Flask in the structure of fine services

*Deep understanding of health care data formats, including FHIR, HL7 and X12

*Knowing the requirements of security and privacy HIPAA

*Experience in working with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS or GCP)

*Master with relationship databases and nosql (for example, postgresql, mongodb)

*Strong knowledge of GIT, Docker and Ci/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins or Circleci.

*Flexibility to work with a new and varied technology

*Clear and brief communication skills-capable of writing and speaking effectively to both artistic and non-artistic audiences
