Troy Athletics is looking for a very dynamic and enthusiastic individual to work as director of development and revenue events. This position is a major member of the development team and works in consultation with the Assistant Executive Director of Athletics / Chief Development employee to design and implement a comprehensive program for development and generation of revenues to identify, cultivate, seek and supervise potential customers and donors to support Troy Athletics during the creation and implementation of new income -generating events.

Required qualifications:

The Director of Development and Revenue is a major member of the Athletics External Operations Team and will be an active participant in the strategic decisions of the Athletics Department in general. This position will serve as a fundraising official for TRY ATHLETICS while driving income -generating events within the Athletics Development Office.

Responsibilities include, for example, but not limited to:

• Manages directs the graduate assistant in developing athletics and trained employees to ensure the achievement of donations.

• Identified and the rehabilitation of new donors and current donors capable of increasing the level of participation in strategic initiatives.

• Conduct phone calls and interactions face to face with donors/horizons weekly to achieve revenue goals.

Cultivates Relationships and Charitable Relations to support the experience of sports students.

• Attends university sponsored to continue contact with membership. Learn the opportunities for possible gifts and develop a strategy for agriculture and contact. Developing, coordinating and implementing specific specific gift initiatives.

• Work to develop giving from graduates, friends and faculty of the university. He keeps an active potential customer list, and makes calls a week based on the specified goals.

• Manages is a set of the prospects for donors and inputs of communication reports regularly for each important interaction to achieve goals.

• Ability Development, Development, Documentation and Implementation of Successful Participation and Seam Strategy for Degenerable Prospects. • Manages Projects including applications for submitting offers, communication reports, investigations, seams and renovations.

• SERVE as a link to determine the boxes for sports that include providing guidance and supporting coaches to achieve goals.

• Developing a fundraising campaign to pay support through the annual fund, distinguished seats and giving for sports. It will work directly with the Learfield Amplify team on coordinated efforts surrounding the distinctive seat sales.

• Using development strategies to advance donations collection efforts through e -mail, social media, guarantees, website, etc.

• Overse events such as the annual golf tournaments for giving for sports, as well as banquet and starting events for giving for sports.

• In cooperation with the marketing team, it will help in planning and implementing the annual caravan of the Trojans for a Trojan tour.

ENSURE compliance with the university policies collection, goals and procedures, NCAA, and conference rules.

• Additional specific responsibilities based on experience.

Supervision:

The Director of Development and Revenue will provide his reports to the Assistant Executive Director of Athletics / Chief Development Official. This position will work closely with the Learfield Amplify team as well as athletics manager. This position will also work closely with the university graduates office and university development and all external fields within the athletics department in Troy.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• It prefers a master’s degree
• Six months or more of relevant experience or any equivalent mix of education, training and experience
• His success in collecting donations for group athletics by NCAA
• The experience of collecting major gifts for gifts
• A strong background in compliance procedures for the National Association of University Sports (NCAA) related to the interaction between donors, students and athletes, gift processing, and donors.
• The ability to cooperate in the team’s environment
