Assistant donation at Cambridge University

As a fundraising assistant, it will provide high -quality administrative and operational support for the four main gift managers within the development office and graduate relationships.

It will help ensure smooth coordination through their crowded governorates, organizing meetings and traveling, supporting donor participation, preparing materials and surroundings, and keeping accurate records. You will also play a major role in providing exceptional experiences of our most important supporters, and working closely with colleagues throughout the university and with international partners such as Cambridge in America.

It is a role for a person who is interested in detail, adaptable, and he is motivated by purposeful work, and he is a person who is proud to support others to achieve success.

** What will you do **

Providing effective notes and coordination of meetings and travel to the main gift managers.

– Preparing and checking correspondence, reports and surroundings for the meetings of the donors and the stakeholders.

– Support the participation of donors by helping to plan visits and events and follow up on communications.

– Maintaining accurate information in donation collection systems to track interactions and results.

Contacting professionally with senior colleagues, academics, donors and external partners.

Helping in financial operations such as expenditures and purchase orders.

Contribute to the projects of the broader team and the improvement of the process.

** About you **

– Excellent organizational skills and time management, with attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– A confident and professional method and the ability to deal with sensitive information with caution.

– The efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems (experience in donation databases is an additional feature).

Cooperative and Continuous approach, enjoy being part of a team and takes the initiative to accomplish matters.

Attention to higher education or charitable work will be welcome, albeit not necessary.
