Artists Management Company seeks to a two -day manager who will be responsible for the Communications Management, the scheduling coordinator, and the strategy of supporting the campaign, which preserves the artist’s profession smoothly, all with the support of the management team with other customers.

What will this role do?
Daily responsibilities of the artist.
• Coordination of the artist’s daily diaries.
• The ability to create and preserve budgets and activities of artists.
• A high level of understanding social media platforms and support for the supervisor of social publication artist.
• Support the company’s management team in all other customers in a variety of tasks as needed.
• Effective daily communication and information flow with an artist that guarantees confidentiality and discretionary power at all times.
• Schedule large quantities of calls, enlargement meetings, meetings, and collective calls between multiple parties in different time areas.
• Schedule of management across multiple time areas, including promotion schedules, travel reservations, sorting visas, residence, and paths.
• Helping to plan and grow artists’ music campaigns, including global release schedules, promotion, social media plans, press, marketing and tour.
• It is a major communication point for all third parties, and to liquidate information as needed by the director of artists and is often a central point for third parties to communicate and exchange information to the marks of records, publishers, agents, lawyers, business managers, etc.

What this person will attend
• 2+ years of artists management experience
