Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to obtain a loan opportunity within academic quality services, which fall within the Academic Performance, Quality and Governance Directorate. We are a small team responsible for the main operations of the program life. The team verifies the authenticity of the new programs, addresses the amendments to the programs, coordinates the external examiner, monitoring and tracking our professional, legal and organizational bodies that recognize or adopt many of our programs, and much more. In the essence of the matter, the team guarantees that our programs meet the required standards and quality, in addition to making improvements to create the best experience for our students. We are open to flexible work considerations, and the team supports mixed action, with the ability to work in the office and from home, in line with work needs.

The role will specifically coordinate our external examination, which will include help in the nomination process, contact academic teams regarding units that require a new external exam allocation, processing the annual claim and reports forms, tracking progress and reporting this process. The role also helps in a variety of other operations such as our modification process, the process of continuous improvement, and members of the Resources Committee to verify our business and periodic improvement events and helps in the daily coordination of our team. The role will update and monitor the relevant process guides.

About you

This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of stakeholders. The role will require experience in coordinating various operations simultaneously and paying close attention to details. The role requires work with data schedules and data extraction. We are looking for a collective player who is able to learn a set of new systems and is proactive. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with perfect experience in working in higher education. The role until the end of April 2026.
